About Me:
We are here to take care of your health care needs via Youth Juice (YJ), Sleepies and Skinnes. We can not think of a better way to receive the vitamins and minerals that your body needs than a great tasting drink. First let me introduce myself, my name Connie Zuniga and my faithful assistant is Bryan Whited, my fiance. I am the Office Manager for a wonderful Ophthalmologist, have been with him for 13 yrs this summer, I love my job! The best part of my job is helping my patients in any way that I can, it''s such a great feeling!!!
Bryan, is a Service Technician for Gardner Denver and a competitive shooter. We met on e-Harmony , and will be married in Oct. 2009.
We were turned on to YJ by my best friends Julie! Now we would like to bring YJ to everyone!

Proforma is now offering this new business card as a 1-sided or 2-sided card. Business Cards are printed on a 12-pt coated paper with UV Coating. The price for 500 cards is as follows:

1-Sided Cards @ $39.00 plus tax and shipping

2-Sided Cards @ $56.00 plus tax and shipping

A credit card is required to process the order. The price includes an electronic proof and the cards will ship in 48 hours from receipt of approved proof.
