YJ Testimonial
I have experienced a marked improvement in my energy since using Youth Juice. I do feel that my lifestyle has always kept me busy and on the run. I would be classic to miss meals and since adding YJ to my daily regiment, I now feel more well balanced. I believe since adding YJ into my life has made me more aware of eating healthier and that has made me more focused.
About Me:
I do spiritual work but I promise to come back and write the story later.....

Colleen, Thanks for reading my blog! It was so nice meeting you in CA. As little time as we spent together, I can tell you are as beautiful inside as out, just as MB said you were. You should write a little about yourself and what you do!! I would love a reading from you- tell me how! I'm looking forward to fabulous YJ adventures together! ;) Sunny

oh BTW - you have great eyes - try if you like - MAC cork eyeshadow and espresso eyeshadow.. cork place in crease and outside corner of eye add under neath eye at lash line - add epresso at upper lash line in a wedge (thicker on outside - thinner on inside) a little bit underneath bottom lash line just in the outside corner - it will make you eyes POP and the color stand out like you wouldn't believe. If you don't understand what to do give me your fax number and I'll fax you a diagram of where to put everything.. xoxo

Okay lighter foundation.. would be a liquid foundation or even a tinted moisturizer. The liquid foundation should be a water based - this way your oily spots won't go crazy and your dry spots will be just fine. I am right in the middle of writing my top ten foundations...so I'm going to list them here too... this is in no particular order - L'Oreal True Match - Estee Lauder Minute Make Up Stick - Gerda Spillman BioFond - Clinique Dewy Smooth - Dermablend Smooth Indulgence Foundation - Bare Essentials Mineral Make Up - Ben Nye Color Cake Foundation - Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Cream Foundation - Chanel Teint Naturel - Gerda Spillman Tined Moisturizer - Dermalogica Sheer Tint Moisturizer spf 15 -- When I am working I use Gerda Spillman BioFond with a dampened sponge - it is considered a skin care product not a foundation and has an spf - you do not need a powder with this particular foundation - It gives a dewy fresh skin look but I don't recommend it for really oily skin. If you add a little powder with this particular one I can get a great finish during photoshoots. Any of the ones above are solid performers and BioFond IS one of my favorites that I use on clients. Next would be Chanel, then Mineral Powders, but I don't think you need that one. As far as color of foundation my rule of thumb is this - if you have oily skin - go one to 2 shades lighter than you normally would.. the oil will darken the make up- 2nd rule - match make up to your chest area NOT your neck which never sees the sun. or you will look like a ghost in photos.

Hi Colleen,

I found a great clay mask with Kaolin Clay from DHC skincare - it's reasonably priced but you should have one in your arsenal. 2-3 times a week until your oil production is regulated then 1-2 times a week for maintenance. Once a week try a home microdermabrasion product. I like DermaNew - you don't need the unit just the scrub. Scrub gently - no more than 5 minutes on the whole face and not too long in any one spot. Just Finding a good moisturizer that won't make you oilier but moisturize your dry spots... I love love love Aminogenesis therapeutic facial repair moisturizer... light but packed with amino acids. Don't forget a good sunscreen - I love DHC skincare's "White Sunscreen" spf 25 it goes on and make up sits well with it but does not feel greasy or tacky (I hate that). I usually don't put foundation all over anyone's face. Just where you need it. Let me know if there's anything else you have questions on.. ie.. eyeshadow colors etc..
